If you’ve played Pokemon, you know that each Pokemon is numbered in the Pokedex (the encyclopedia that has basic Pokemon information). Bulbasaur is 1, Ivysaur 2, Venusaur 3 etc.

Anyways, Pikachu’s number is 25:

And Meowth’s number is 52:

THE NUMBERS ARE REVERSE OF EACH OTHER. CAT AND MOUSE. FRIEND AND FOE.

How can you recognize Fire Mario without colors?

I never knew that was supposed to be a feather on Mario’s head!
As a kid, I always thought it was like that medical thing Dr. Mario wears on his head.

What? I always thought this was something like a small mirror or a lamp. A feather? Unbelievable! *_*

Cacildo´s note: This is from Super Mario Land 2, for the original Game Boy. The explanation is simple: since the game boy didnt displayed any colors, the only way for the player to be reminded that mario is in Fire Mario mode was to add something to the sprite. So they added a feather (got this info here )

Zelda NPCs that you know from somewhere else

Malon

Talon

Marin

Tarin

Mario and Luigi

Talon and Ingo

Cacildo´s Note: If you dont get it, here´s a small explanation: Malon and Talon (Ocarina of Time) looks just like Marin and Tarin (Link´s Awakening). Also, Talon has a brother, Ingo, and both together look a lot like Mario and Luigi

The bushes in Super Mario Bros. and pokemon reverse names

The bushes in Super Mario Bros. were just recolored clouds.

Ekans backwards is snake.
Girafarig backwards is girafarig.

Cacildo´s note: The image in the original post is broken (after all, its a 3 year old image in a   once free image holder), but since this is a “secret” so widespread across the internet (after this post, i mean) it was easy to get a new one.
